Chris’s 20-year journey with the company has seen him experience significant change and growth. During his time with ASL, he has worked across three different factory locations, adapting to new environments, new ways of working, and the continued development of the business.
Over two decades, Chris has also seen colleagues come and go, while remaining a consistent and dependable presence on the shop floor. His long service means he has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience, making him a familiar and valued member of the production team.
Working in production requires precision, reliability, resilience, and pride in the job, and Chris has demonstrated these qualities throughout his career with ASL. His continued dedication has contributed to maintaining the high standards of quality that our customers have come to expect from us.
