Joao Pina Jorge (Paulo) joined us in 2015 as a Production Operator, quickly earning a reputation for his reliability, precision, and strong work ethic. His potential was soon recognised, leading to his promotion to Team Leader and step by step to his current role as Production Supervisor. In this position, Paulo continues to play a vital role in maintaining high standards of quality and driving efficiency across the production line.
Paulo’s decade-long journey exemplifies the values we hold at ASL, continuous growth, dedication, and long-term commitment. Team members like Paulo are the foundation of our success and the driving force behind our positive workplace culture.
