We’re proud to celebrate a significant milestone at ASL — Danirose Gause (Dani) has become the first woman to join our Technical Department, marking an important step toward greater diversity and inclusion in our workforce.
Dani joined ASL in 2021 as a Production Operator and quickly progressed through roles such as Quality Controller and Production Supervisor. Her recent transition into the Technical Department reflects her strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and commitment to excellence.
This achievement not only recognises Dani’s individual success but also reflects ASL’s ongoing efforts to create a more inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
