Production Manager Achieves 20 Years Service
Wow, 20 Years Service.
We are absolutely thrilled to be celebrating our Production Manager Rob Parkinson for achieving a mind-blowing milestone of 20 Years Service at ASL.
When Rob first started as a fresh-faced teenager working as a production operator, little did we know, one day he would become a senior manager running our multi-million pound cable assembly department.
Since day 1, Rob has excelled in every role and taken on new responsibilities with confidence and determination. He has been a key player in ASL's growth journey over the last 20 years and has proved to be not only a great leader but is also very knowledgeable on equipment & machinery. Last year Rob helped the company strategically invest £250,000 in new wire preparation & cable assembly machinery to improve processes and increase capacity.
Rob has also achieved 19 Years 100% attendance which is absolutely incredible.
Here's to 20 fantastic years, and hopefully many more to come!
