Assembly Solutions manufacture an extensive range of wiring harnesses for products such as:

Harnesses can be manufactured at our Bolton factory on a free issue or full procurement basis and delivered on a JIT or scheduled method. Longer lead-time orders can be manufactured at our low cost facility in Poland and the Far East.

Having been established for over 10 years we have a wide range of stock materials such as wire, cable, crimps and connectors and an equally wide range of tooling for Amp, Molex, JST and other major brand crimps.

ASL staff have all undergone a full “Lean” training and workshop programme including 5s, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement. This enables us to make harnesses on short lead times, efficiently and right first time.
