Assembly Solutions has been sourcing materials from the Far East for the last ten years and has built up a reliable supplier base. The main products we specialise in are:
Assembly Components: Wire & Cable
Our Far East cable factory employ over 300 staff, are accredited to ISO 9000 and manufacture a wide range of computer and telecommunication type cables many of which are UL approved. We also stock a complete range of automotive wires and battery cables.
Assembly Components: Air Coils
These are made in our Bolton factory and are mainly used in the access control industry for non-contact readers. A wide variety of shapes and sizes can be made up to a maximum width of approximately 150mm.
Assembly Components: Toroidal Coils & Transformers
All of our toroidal coils are wound in our ISO 9000 approved factory in China. We specialise in small torroidal coils normally less than 30mm diameter. Common applications are for signal coupling, filtering and EMC applications. Most coil products are airfreighted back to ASL enabling us to offer a short lead-time.
Assembly Components: Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
Our PCB factory is also a well-established ISO9000 factory based in Hong Kong offering a range of single and multi-layer boards. When board specifications are available in electronic format we are able to offer very quick quotations and short lead times.
Assembly Components: Cable Assemblies
When longer lead times are available, our partner in the Far East is able to offer a low cost solution to any cable assembly requirement.
